Lone Star Botanicals Wholesale Terms of AgreementLone Star Botanicals sells products as food supplements only, without any warranty or representation of purpose, medicinal health benefits, or any health value expressed or implied. Our intention is that you will sell our products as food supplements as well. We cannot take any responsibility for claims made or implied by you or any member of your staff.Lone Star Botanicals requires all retailers to abide by our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) is the practice whereby retailers agree to maintain a minimum sale price on products, even after discounting. It is our unilateral policy to allow 24 hours for retailers whose advertising of Lone Star Botanicals products displays a price lower than the MAP to bring advertising into compliance, or Lone Star Botanicals will restrict the account for a period of 90 days for the product in question. Subsequent violations of the MAP policy may result in account suspension for 6+ months. This policy applies to all forms of dealer advertising media including but not limited to: mailings, catalogs, websites, social media, and other electronic networks.Lone Star Botanicals does not permit any sellers on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other online platforms without prior written permission. Any seller found listing our products on such platforms without explicit approval will have their wholesale account suspended and may face further consequences for unauthorized use of Lone Star Botanicals' intellectual property.All retailers must first be approved by Lone Star Botanicals prior to being listed on our Online Retailer Listing. A copy of your Business License and Tax Resale Certificate must be received by Lone Star Botanicals via email at info@lonestarbotanicals.com in order to waive sales tax on all orders.Lone Star Botanicals does not permit retailers to dropship our products. Dropshipping of our products is explicitly prohibited. If you are interested in promoting our brand without holding inventory, we recommend exploring our Affiliate Program as an alternative.Wholesale Product Returns & Refund Policy:Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt by Buyer, or as otherwise authorized by Seller, subject to the conditions outlined below. A Wholesale account representative of Seller must be contacted prior to returning any product. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Additionally, refunds will only be issued if the products are unopened with the tamper-evident safety seal intact. Unless otherwise agreed upon by Seller, Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer must adhere to all applicable health and safety laws, rules, and regulations during the return process, including while the products are in their possession awaiting return. If returning products from outside the United States, Buyer assumes sole responsibility for clearing them through United States customs and for any associated duties, fees, costs, and charges.
